Formerly known as Cyrian, he adopted the name Garrett as his assassin calling card -- after his favorite method of killing, strangulation with a piano [garat] wire.
Hired as the personal assassin of Cyril Conner Morninglade [see file]. Cyril contracted the assassination of Garrett in AD 2015. He was 39.
Personality
Being in a room with Garrett is like being in a room with any predator -- you just know you shouldn't be doing it. He's soft, well-spoken, apparently well educated; but it's all an act. He is, in fact, nothing more than a cold-blooded killer.
Distinguishing Characteristics
Garrett used to be known as the blind assassin, mainly because he walked around wearing sun-glasses and a walking stick, pretending he was blind. Half the time, he'll be wearing a white cloak; the other half, he prefers small shirts and black pants.
Not much else defines Garrett in a crowd. His curly, dark brown hair can easily be tucked away into a tail or hat, and he's usually clean-shaven.
