Personality
Theliel is a hard guy to please. Not much provokes him, either. He's managed to come to a [semi] peaceful medium in his little corner of hell, and maintains it however he can. Rather careful in speech and quick in observation, he has a small band of loyal demon followers that would do anything at his word, and a larger collection of servants that are not so trusted.
Distinguishing Characteristics
Theliel has a symbol on his forehead that represents his demonic word. All arch-angels and princes carry the symbol as a sign of power. Half-bald, the rest of his hair hangs down in long, straight strands of cold gray.
Celestially, his wings are a bit larger than most djinn simply because of his rank. They're more leathery than feathery, with small, hook-like features at the joints -- another symbol of his rank. He wears a heavy, metallic armor and belt around his waist which covers nearly to his knees, and a short-cloak, also of a heavy material, that covers his back between his wings.
Author's mental notes
I didn't create the typical bad-guy with Theliel. Sure, he's a demon; but he's got a few quirks that make him the perfect anti-hero -- namely, his hopeless love for another demon's slave, and his strange sense of loyalty that keeps him bound to certain individuals when it would otherwise be better to leave them behind.
